I've been using Remote Desktop Manager for longer than I can remember, and started purchasing it several years back. I use LastPass for a lot of authentication, and have MFA enabled on my LastPass account. The integration seems to work with RDM, however I get prompted to tap my MFA token every time I connect to a device that has LastPass as the source of credentials. It doesn't matter if I open a single host and wait an hour, or open a folder with multiple connections under it all at once. For every connection, I get prompted to tap the token.
I'm running 2020.2.17.0, and still see the issue. I don't recall when it started doing it, but it used to work without any problems. Anybody else seen the same behavior?
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us on this matter!
You will find the MFA options for LastPass under File > Options > Types > Credentials. There, the "Two factor authentication mode" option will allow you to determine what RDM should do regarding the MFA for LastPass.
Here is a brief overview of what each mode does:
Don't trust this device: You will be prompted for your 2FA every time you will use your LastPass entry.
Trust this device: You will be prompted once for your 2FA on this device.
Trust this device (clear on application close): You will be prompted once for your 2FA on this device but the token will be cleared when you will close the application.

Gabriel Degrandpré
Ahh, perfect. That works exactly as expected. When was that functionality added? I must have missed it in the release notes.
Thanks!
Hello Jon,
I'm pretty sure it was implemented with 2020.2.12.0 (June 9th 2020) :Improved two factor "trust this device" feature for LastPass entry
