Citrix NetScaler addon - No sessoin avilable for vpn on VM entry

So - I have got the citrix Netscaler adon installed and working. I've made a new sessoin using the addon and put my details in and if I open that session it works fine and connects to the vpn.

I go to my server RDM entry and edit the VPN/SSH/gateway and choose session as the type.

Then under the session tab I go to choose the new citrix session entry i made but nothing shows up.

Another Tech has done this and he can see an entry under session. Any idea why it isn't working for me?

Hello,

Only SSH, VPN, Command Line or Web session types are displayed in that dropdown list.
I suspect that he has created a web entry instead of a Citrix Netscaler entry type.
Could you validate which entry type he has created?
Maybe he can also export you is session without the credentials so that you can import it in your RDM and use it.
