Hello there.
I've been using this software for months, and strange problem happed: I am using Debian 10 (server side) and inside of Debian I am using Proxmox with 1 container.
The problem is next one: When I use NANO, on server, no problem is happening, but when I use "pct enter 100" to login to this CT, when I start Nano, there is problem like I have "2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1;2c1" string repeating, and I can't type inside of this nano. Is this container problem (other SSH Clients don't have this problem), or in my configuration of this program? Did anybody have the same issue?
Hello,
What version of RDM are you using? Could you try out the latest version (2020.2.17.0)? We've made fixes recently and it might have fixed your issue as well.

Hello there,
Just updated an app, still the same problem. I can screenshot my settings if you want?
Hello,
That might be helpful so we can diagnose the issue, so I'd appreciate it. Feel free to send them as a private message on the forum and blur out sensitive information. If we need any other information we'll let you know.

Also, it would be helpful if you could generate a recording of the SSH session. You can set the recording settings in the "session recording" tab of your SSH entry. It should generate a .TRP file when you run the entry. Make sure to reproduce your issue so it can be logged in the TRP file. You can send the generated file to me through private message.

Hello Hubert and sorry for the late reply.
I've sent you video file describing this problem.
in that video I explained what problems I am facing with, showing you every single option in the Options menu. Also, the problem is when I do "pct enter $container_id" and nano test, so I am not sure what protocol is used in this program,'couse I can't recreate it in any other ssh client.
Hello Jovan,
No problem. I've received the files, I'll take a look as soon as possible and get back to you.

Hello Jovan,
I discussed with our developer in charge of the terminal, and we would need a .TRP recording of the issue. Unfortunately, a video file isn't enough to properly diagnose this.
You can generate a .TRP file by setting the recording settings in the "session recording" tab of your SSH entry, then opening the entry and reproducing the issue. It should generate a .TRP file in the configured location. You can then private message me the .TRP file like you did for the video. If you need additional help to generate the .TRP file, please let me know.

Hubert Mireault
Hello Hubert and sorry for the late reply.
I've sent you .TRP file describing this problem. Hope we'll be able to resolve this bug :)
Hello,
Thank you, I confirm I received the TRP file. I'll forward this to our developer. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
