Cannot register RDM

Hello, 20 days ago i aquired a mac, and im using your product.

However, i could register the free version of the product when i enter https://account.devolutions.com/ i get an error 500. If i login in the application, nothing happens.

How can i get a serial number so i can register the application "offline"

Just to confirm, are we talking about RDM Enterpise or RDM Free?

RDM Free. Just wanna disable the "register" popup everytime i open the software.

Unfortunately, the same is happening.

When i use the provided serial number on the "registration" popup, it seems to work, but when i close the application and open again, i receive the same message.

Now i only have 1 day left to register
undefined

Which version of RDM Free are you using?

You can try to clear your application settings, launch RDM and try to register again. To clear the application settings, rename the following folder: ~/Library/Application Support/com.devolutions.remotedesktopmanager.free/
