Unable to install 2019.1.20.0 LTS version, DPS Console is blank
Hello,
I am trying to install DPS version 2019.1.20 LTS edition. Everything seems to be going good and the wizard claims at the end that everything is complete, but I am not able to browse to the web page and every information that I had provided during the installation is not viable in the DPS Console. Error message on the DPS web page is "Server connected successfully but unable to retrieve server information."
It is a Windows Server 2019 with .NET 4.8 and all the Microsoft updates installed. DPS console and zip file are version 2019.1.20.0 LTS version.
I have tried multiple installations, including deleting all the files from the wwwroot and deleting the application pools. No luck.

Hello,
What database connection method are you using? Have you enabled the Integrated Security option or have used SQL login accounts?

We use SQL login to connect to the database. Database was upgraded from version 463 (DPS 6.1.3.0) to version 523 (DPS 2019.1.20.0)

Are you trying to install the DPS web application directly under the root folder of the IIS web site? If so, we recommend to first install it as a standard web application with its own folder and then on a successful installation, move the DPS web application at the root.
Here are the steps to move the DPS web application to the root of an IIS web site.

That seems to be the case. After installing DPS in wwwroot\Projects folder, it started working again. Thank you very much for this one.
One last question, which RDM client version should I use in combination with DPS 2019.1.20.0 LTS version?
