Remote Desktop task bar

I have been using RDM for a few years and have never had this problem until today. I have not changed any settings in the remote desktop properties or RDM.

When I open a remote desktop in Full Screen mode, it always was FULL SCREEN. The remote desktop hid even the host's task bar. This is what I want. However, for some reason, today the remote desktop's taskbar is not visible. The taskbar from the host machine is.

How do I get this back the way it was?
