Product inventory

I have a few questions to give me a better idea of what you are working with.

• What version of RDM do you use?
• What is the type of data source you use?
• Since there are a few different ways to load an inventory report, could you please give me the path for where you are run the inventory report from?

the version of RDM is 2020.2.16
i tried on mulitple windows server virutal machines run by vmware.
To run a inventory report i right clik on the desire machine then Macros\Scripts\Tools then inventory report.
Next i select Product only (whatever i choose i always get the same result) and run the report.
I never get the product list only the specs.
Also when i use the Remote Program in management tools i get the list of the product installed on the machine so the software can acces tp this list i just don't get it why it can't put it in the inventory report

Sorry for the delay, there's indeed something strange going on going from the contextual menu, I've been able to reproduce the issue.
From the looks of it any option I've been choosing just seems to give me a list of specs.

I'll have to clarify this with a Dev and we'll get back to you.

Hi sorry totaly forgot to keep you up to date.

The fix is available on the next version of 2020.2.18.0 which should come out today.

Edit: The new version is now available to download.
