SSH Auto Login

I'm having an issue with using a credential entry with an SSH session I have to a Dell PowerConnect 5548 switch. I am still prompted for a User Name: after it attempts to log into the switch. I don't have this issue with other switch models, so it's something specific with this model. We have a bunch of these and it would be nice if I can get it to auto login. Telnet works fine. It's something about SSH that requires you to enter the user name twice. Could something be changed to allow this to happen on these switches?
