Well, if I let RemoteDesktopManager store passwords (default or locally), I can connect to our servers without filling passwors even if RemoteDesktopManager is closed and I use Windows RDP. If my PC is compromised, master password to RemoteDesktopManager doesn't help, because attacker can use Windows RDP to connect to our servers. How can I store passwords safely so that I can connect to servers only via RemoteDesktopManager and not via Windows RDP? (I open my RDP sessions solely in Tabs of RemoteDesktopManager)
Your credentials are most likely saved in the Windows Credential Manager. This happens if, with Remote Desktop Connection (Microsoft), you select "Allow me to save credentials".
