Shortcuts in shadow mode RDP sessions

Hi,
is it possible to use shortcuts (e. g. WIN + R or CTRL + C) in a shadow mode RDP session?
In a "normal" RDP session everything works fine but not in a shadow mode session.

Hello,
I'm pretty sure it 's a limitation of the shadow mode. We just invoke the Microsoft to open the shadow mode. This is not like a remote support tools.
