I've been using an old version of RDM (Version 12.6.8.0 - from end of 2017). I'm migrating to a new computer and thought it would be a good time to upgrade. I'm a consultant and use various VPNs with RDP connections.
In my old version I had the option to store passwords in the database, which was the default Local Data Source. With the current version, I'm having difficulty figuring out how to get the password to populate. I've got a Windows VPN configured, which is working great. I use the same credentials for the RDP. I've tried putting the password in the Password field (immediately below the domain), and while the password appears to save, I am prompted that my credentials did not work, and have to manually enter my password. I've tried ticking the 'Store password locally' box which then makes the password read-only, and I just don't get the Save Password button at all.
Can someone point me in the right direction on how to get this to work?
Hello,
It should be possible for you to use your old SQLite database (connections.db) on your new computer. The configuration should remain the same.
Have you created a new database or it's the old one that you have transferred?

Hi Jeff!
I was just going to get a fresh start. The one mentioned above are new credentials that aren't in my old database.
Am I doing something wrong with the entry? Or did I not setup my local data source correctly?
Cindy
Hello,
Is it possible to send us a small video of the behavior?
Best regards,
