Thanks for helping!
Hello,
Is it possible that someone installed the new version of RDM and then update the database?
To confirm go to File -- My data source information, and look at the database version. For RDM 13.0.6.0 the version should be 387.

David Grandolfo
Hey, it is possible that someone did this and updated the database.
I checked for the database version, and I found this version.
Different Version. Is it not possible to use 2 different RDM Versions at the same time?
And is there a "quick fix" for this?
Thanks!
Furkan
Hello,
We also seen that you sent us your database schema and we confirmed (with your screenshot) that the database version is now 622.
This means that someone in your organization has installed RDM 2020.2.14.0 and performed a database upgarde.
That being said, your version is too old to work with this new database version. You would need to upgrade your RDM. Please download the latest version of RDM here

Hey again,
so this happend. All of our Windows devices run 13.0.6.0, but we also have MAC Devices which run a much higher version.
This is prb the reason why the database got corrupted, because the MAC ppl did the upgrade from 387 -> 463 and then also to ->622.
The main problem is, that we have also running Windows 2015 LTSB Devices. These devices doesnt support The latest RDM Versions because of .NET Framework. Thats why we are currently sticking with 13.0.6.0.
My idea would be now, to tell our MAC people to also only use 13.0.6.0. This would work, right?

Quick Reply, which MAC Version would be the equivalent one for 13.0.6.0, if it still exists?
Hello,
Since the database has been updated, if you would like to go back to 13.0.6.0, please note that you would need to restore a backup of your database prior to the upgrade.
Regarding RDM Mac, version 4.5.0.0 should be the one compatible with 13.0.6.0.
Your can download this version here

Alright, thanks!

Hello,
On a side note, I would recommend managing the versions of RDM that your users can use via the Administration -> DataSource Settings -> Version Management menu to avoid this kind of issue. For more information's on this feature, please consult https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/datasourcesettings_versionmanagement.html
