Please allow creating a Shortcut from a Folder!

That simple, I want to do something like this:
[Folder] Server
-- [Folder] VM1
-- [Folder] VM2
-- [Folder] VM3
[Folder] Notebook
[Folder] Desktop
And group these PCs additionaly like this:
[Folder] PCs
-- [Shortcut] VM1
-- [Shortcut] VM2
-- [Shortcut] VM3
-- [Shortcut] Notebook
-- [Shortcut] Desktop

Hello,
I'm not sure I understand what you want to do. Could you create a mock with paint? You can also try the smart folder and use tags to group entries:
