Did the BeyondTrust connection types get remove from newer RDM versions?

You should be able to see them again if you click the [...] in the new entry window, and check "show deprecated entries". It was marked as deprecated in the past when we weren't able to make changes to support newer versions of BeyondTrust. We will investigate to see if we should be fine removing their deprecated status.

oh, that's news to me. Are there still issues? I have a couple of people who aren't able to get theirs to work consistently, for example, our servers lock after 15 minutes but when they go to double click the entry to unlock, it doesn't work for them and they cannot get back in. I haven't had an issue as I have been using the connections for years. They are in a meeting right now so I do not know if there are resulting errors. I will find out and reply.

I'm in charge of the relationship with BeyondTrust, and I must say that after their aquisition by Bomgar we went through a rough time and had been refused access to their partnership program.

All is better now, we are just waiting for a final word before we reinstate the BeyondTrust connection types to their former glory.

Thanks. We have opened a ticket with the Bomgar side on their error too because the admin couldn't find any solutions for their error. I am attaching it here. I also asked what version they are on and they are on Enterprise 2019.1.20.0. I, however am on 2020.1.20 so I asked them to upgrade.

Your last post was six months ago. Is there any news on re-certification? As of version 2020.3.19.0 the integration is still showing 'depreciated'. We are implementing beyondtrust, and their product team is asking, is there is anything they need to do to help facilitate a re-cert.

We are in discussions to get onboarded to their partner program. We felt it prudent to wait until this process was approved.

We did ask a few tweeks to their agreement, so I'm afraid its escalated to legal at this point.

Did Beyond Trust Connections get removed from RDM officially? I can see an old Bomgar session, but not the new beyond trust. I would really like to be able to use RDM to connect to PCs that have the Beyond trust Jump client on them without having to jump to multiple applications. I use this for PC's that are on separate VLANS that I can not just RDP to directly.
