When I Set-RDMSession $newcopy I get WARNING: Unable to save the entry; access denied!, I
believe this started when I upgraded to RDM 2020.2.13.0 from 2020.1.20.0.
Windows 2016 Version 1607
Data source type: Microsoft SQL Azure
Hello,
What method do you use to load the RDM PowerShell module?
Once loaded, could you please verify that you are connected on the right data source with Get-RDMCurrentDataSource?
And are you able to list all sessions with Get-RDMSession?
Best regards,
Érica Poirier
I am loading RDM Modul this way:
Import-Module "${env:ProgramFiles(x86)}\Devolutions\Remote Desktop Manager\RemoteDesktopManager.PowerShellModule.dll"
I am in the right data source and the right Repository, I can list sessions.
The entry I am trying to save is one Template(Macros/Scripts/Tools) I have copied from a different Repository, This was working find until I upgraded RDM.
This is still a problem in 2020.2.17.0 and the thing I am making a new copy off is a Template under Macro/script/Tool
Hello,
Sorry for the delay.
As a test, can you try to copy the relevant entries in a local data source and see the result?
This will allow us to rule out a permission issue...
Best regards,
Alex Belisle
If I copy it to the same Vault it works, but when I tray
this to a different Vault in the same datasource I am not allowed.
This worked in Version RDM 2020.2.13.0.
Hello,
Sorry for the delay, the issue is now under investigation by our engineering team, I've heard they found a possible cause, we'll keep you posted.
Thanks!
Best regards,
Alex Belisle
Hi,
