VNC Viewer Windows to Mac Multiple Monitors

VNC Viewer Windows to Mac Multiple Monitors

avatar

My work laptop is Mac and my windows desktop has 3 monitors and want to have functionality of all monitors with VNC Viewer. However when I select the display all monitors option on when accessing the Mac, it only brings up just the one screen and spreads it across all 3 monitors on my windows pc. Is there a way to extend the desktop to be able to have 3 monitor desktop spaces from my laptop?

Hello,

What version of RDM are you running?

Is it possible to send us a small video of the issue?

I am just using VNC Viewer on my windows device to access the MacBook pro. It is able to connect to the Mac but only shows the one screen. I have a 3 monitor setup so was trying to figure if I can extend the desktop somehow in order to utilize all the screens. Does this make sense?

I will upload a video as soon as I can

Here is a video showing how it displays. I do windowed and it shows only the one screen. But when I make full screen it stretches across all monitors. I can reduce scaling but doesn't line up with the monitor and still only displays the one desktop. Want to find a way to extend the desktop to have 3 proportional spaces on all 3 monitors.

Hello again!

Finally, the video won't be necessary. I just had a chat with our engineering department and the feature your are looking for it's not available for now, but they currently working on it for ARD and VNC. Unfortunately, I cannot provide you any timeline for it's delivery.
