add the ability for a delay on disconnect before going online

I have run into an issue where I have to use the "Go Offline on Connect" setting as our customer does not allow outside Internet when connected to the VPN. I have then set "Go Online on Disconnect", however the application is trying to go online before it is fully disconnected. I then get an error that it cannot reach the data source. I have to hit ok on the error message and then manually go online.
It would be ideal to have a timer that could be set to delay going online as the vpn connection is dropping.
