Hello,

Is it possible for you to clear your cookies and browser cache of Internet Explorer?
This should help you loading the page.

Best regards,

Jeff Dagenais

Hello,

Having this same issue. I can't login because I am not getting a login prompt in the login window. Clearing IE cache/cookies/etc. did not help. Also added login.devolutions.com/account.devolutions.com to trusted sites. Still nothing. See pic:

Here's the diagnostic info the diagnostic button on the login screen gives me:

--> Username: ( my-email-address@removed-for-security.com )
--> Source: (Devolutions Online Drive - Devolutions Online Drive)
Open(/auth/oauth)
Navigating(/auth/oauth)
Navigated(/op/register)
Navigated(/op/)
Browser: IE
Proxy: Default

We aren't blocking any traffic and I run through no proxies. In fact, RDM was working great and just suddenly started doing this.

Thanks,
John

Ok interestingly enough, this appears to be related to the Devolutions Drive I setup? Possibly. This stuff did start happening after I setup a Drive data source.

I restarted RDM, this time I was able to see the initial login page, and I logged in. It then took me to my default data source (Devolutions Drive) which said "Not Connected" - I switched to Local Data Source, then back to Devolutions Drive data source, and a new login window popped up. This one was blank and doesn't let me login. The data source I used was standard Devolutions Drive, using my Devolutions RDM login name. It seemed to work fine when I initially created source, but now its doing this.

Thank you,
John

@johnwooldridge,

What version of RDM are you running?

Are you able to connect on https://customer-portal.devolutions.com/ using Internet Explorer?

Best regards,
