Not sure if it's gonna help, but could you try to set the Interactive Authentication in Terminal option to True in the properties of your SSH entry.

Our developer specialized in SSH is on vacation this week, so I would need to wait for is return to validate a few thing with him and see if it's possible to accomplish what you are looking for.

As of now, are you able to accomplish this outside RDM, using Putty as example?

I had a chat with our engineering department and it's currently not possible to perform the authentification using a smartcard using our terminal.
It's on our ToDo list, but we cannot provide you any timeline for it's delivery.
As a workaround, could you try to check the option called Use Legacy Terminal in File -> Options -> Types-> SSH and see if it's working with this option enabled?

Yes, it works. But I have to choose pkcs11 dll every time when I connect.
Will be nice to get a field to save it in global options.

I'm letting you know that the Smartcard feature is going to be fully fixed in our first release of RDM 2021.1.
As a note, the legacy terminal will not support this properly, so it's advised to uncheck the option if it wasn't already unchecked.
