This dialog start popping up occasionally, usually when I modify one of my entries in RDM.
I'm on Windows 10 1909 x64
RDM 14.1.1.0 x64
Using a local SQL Lite datasource
Using the online RDM backup.
We use a WebSense proxy also. (I'm guessing that may be relevant).

Just to confirm, you RDM version is 14.1.1.0 right?
Do you have something relevant in Help -> Application Logs?

Not really? I just rebooted this morning and saw this message. I've got nothing in there except my reboot. I'm hoping it doesn't; wipe the logs at a reboot?
But, yes, it is 14.1.1.0.
