Centralized SSH or Telnet logging of printable output

I am asking about being able to have logging centralized into a repository of some sort where all user of RDM in an enterprise setup could review work done that has been logged instead of logging to a local PC. In a change control environment, it is important that changes are reviewed for audit purposes. It is also good to allow other administrators to review the logs of a session while troubleshooting. Having this in a central repository would be ideal instead of storing on each local machine.
