In a Windows RDC session, when a Window is selected and Alt+PrintScreen is used, the entire session is copied into the clipboard, not just the active Window selected. Ina Microsoft RDC session (and also a regular Windows desktop), Alt+PrintScreen only copies the select Window to the clipboard.

Thank you for contacting us on that matter!

Would it be possible for you to go in the Properties of your RDP entry, under the "Local Resources" tab and make sure that your keyboard redirection is set to "On the remote computer"? I suspect that this might be the reason why you are experiencing this issue.
