RDM Datasource goes automatically first in Offline Mode even when Internet is connected

Hey all,

so i created a new data source and put it into a custom install package.
The .msi installation worked fine, but everytime when I start RDM, the data source goes automatically first into Offline Mode, even tho I have Internet.
But clicking on the Reload Button puts me back online. Or If i test my data source in the settings, it also goes online.

But it goes OFFLINE everytime when i start RDM. Is there a problem with my data source? There was no problem with my old data source.

Do you have any relevant error messages in Help - View Application Logs?

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

Could you please check in File - Options - General if the Startup online state option is set to Automatically go offline? If so, please set it to Default and restart RDM to see how it will behave.

Thank you!! This was the problem! It was set to "Automatically go offline" for some reason.
