Scroll through Open Tabs with Mouse Wheel

I would like the option to be able to scroll through open session tabs using my mousewheel for quicker navigation.

I will often be using a device with a lower resolution and my number of open tabs will require me to click the arrows on the right to get to tabs out of focus. Being able to use a mousewheel movement by hovering over any of the visible tabs to scroll through them all would be handy.
