Startup RDM position not saved

Suddenly the window location of RDM opens to the top left corner of my screen, whereas it used to open where I had it positioned in the center. The application start window state setting is set to "Last Saved".

Setting it to maximized works, but I can't get it to now stay where it was located.

In the RemoteDesktopManager.ext file, the placement values are showing this below. I'm thinking the negative values for Left/Top are positioning it off the screen?
