"Select Vault" is sorted Z-A

In regards to ticket DEVO-21862 I was asked to make a feature request.
Se since we make extense use of vaults, I discovered, that when you double click the vault dropdown list, it opens a nice pop-up called "Select Vault"
Sadly this Window is sorted Z-A by default and it doesn't remember sorting preferences so I have two requests:

1. Make the default sorting of the Windows A-Z
2. The pop-up should remember what I sorted / filtered last, replacing wish number 1.
