Application start with No Internet Option

Hi,

Am using latest Android Devolution RDM. I tried to measure time with VPN off and on (when it's ON no internet connection is allowed but could reach machine within VPN network).

I found the RDM takes longer without internet access (when my VPN is on). I searched the forum seems there is option in other platform (https://forum.devolutions.net/topics/28634/solved-opening-rdm-without-internet-connection-throws-an-exception-and-datasource-is-unusable). may I request No Internet Check for android version? thanks
