I just noticed that the "View" tab of the "Documentation" tab for folder entries is not scrollable. So if you have content that is longer than one page, you cannot view it.
The "Editor" tab, on the other hand, works fine and is scrollable.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us on that matter!
That being said, which version of RDM and what type of Data Source are you currently using?
Using the latest version of RDM Enterprise, I haven't been able to reproduce this issue.
Also, does this issue affect all of the documentation (view) tab of your entries or only a select few?
Best regards,
James Lafleur
Hi James,
I noticed the issue and then ran the update to 2020.1.20.0. That didn't help, though, the issue still persists.
It affects all view tabs, even the ones that have not been changed and just include the default welcome content.
Data source is local SQL Server.
Best regards,
Viktor
Hello,
Thank you for your quick reply!
In that case, would it be possible for you to go under Help and use the "Submit a Support Ticket" button to open a ticket with us?
Once I receive it, I will be able to send you a secure link that will allow you to provide us a recording of this issue.
We will pursue the troubleshooting of this issue in the ticket and update this forum thread once a solution has been found.
Best regards,
James Lafleur
Done.
Thank you!

@everyone
To solve this issue, we have closed RDM and then been under %LocalAppData% -> Devolutions -> RemoteDesktopManager to locate the "RemoteDesktopManager.ext" file.
This file need to be renamed "RemoteDesktopManager.old"
Once this change is done, RDM can be started normally and the scrollbar on the Documentation tab is now available.
