2020.1.19 -> 2020.1.20: Now cannot access other windows machines

I cannot see from the release notes where this might have happened, but updating from 2020.1.19 to 2020.1.20 now prevents me from logging into any other windows machine. Macs, for some reason, are ok.
Is there a 2020.1.19 installer still available somewhere?

After some investigation, I had to update a firewall rule to allow one of the changed components: it was a windows driver, which is why the Mac logon worked and Windows logons did not.
Everything is working now :)
