Would be nice for the browser extensions (a copy) to be part of the zip build or as a separate zip

We tend to drop zip images behind firewalls so we can use RDM across the enterprise.
I noticed in the latest release that we now have to go and download the extensions. It would be nice if this were included within the portable version or as a separate zip. We never know what browser will work best in any situation, so we're working without extensions or scramble to snag them.
Hi,
For Chrome and Edge, the extensions must be be installed by the Chrome Web Store.
For more details about this limitation:
https://developer.chrome.com/apps/external_extensions
“Windows and Mac installs must come from Chrome Web Store:
As of Chrome 33, no external installs are allowed from a path to a local .crx on Windows (see Protecting Windows users from malicious extensions). As of Chrome 44, no external installs are allowed from a path to a local .crx on Mac (see Continuing to protect Chrome users from malicious extensions).”
Another way that was possible in the past was Side-loading, which was installing an extension from an executable file. It is also now deprecated in Chrome and Firefox.

The way to go in enterprise environment for Chrome is to deploy extensions with GPO: https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/7532015?hl=en
For Firefox and Opera, It's possible to signed them and distribute on our own. Which means that you could drop those two files at the same place you drop the RDM zip.
