When trying to launch Remote Desktop Manager, I am prompted to log in to the Devolutions account for access to the Online Drive (where i store my connections). When I put in the password, I am presented with the password prompt again. If I put in the wrong password, I get an error saying that I have the wrong password. This behavior does not happen when I log in to the account in the browser, or when I use RDM on my Mac. In each of those methods the login works as expected. And, on the Mac, I can see all of the connections stored on the online drive.
Hello,
I've seen that issue before but not 100% what would be the issue. What is your Remote Desktop Manager version and do you have a 2FA set on your account?
Could you send me (via private message) the email address of your cloud account?
Best Regards,
Etienne Lord
I uninstalled RDM this morning, and re-installed the latest version (2020.1.14.0) I should have mentioned that this is the Free Version.
I will send you the email address of my account.
As a test, I downloaded the Enterprise version with the 30 day trial. With that version, I am able to sign in to the online drive and access my stored entries. This is a functional work around for me, for the next month.
Hello,
Good to know, we should come out with a new Free version soon so you will be able to give it a try :)
Best Regards,
Etienne Lord
