Issue With RDM & Wayk Now

Hello,

I receive an issue on trying connect a wayk now session from RDM.
I use the last version of each products.
the connection from wayk now to wayk now is working fine, the issue is only from RDM to Wayk Now.

the error is: ConnectCore Failed: impossible to resolve remote host.

do you have any idea?
