RDM undocked tabs unresponsive after application lock / RDM version 2020.1.17.0 64bit Enterprise
Hi,
I would like to report a strange bug I am experiencing with my RDM version 2020.1.17.0 64bit Enterprise. I am using the screen lock after inactivity, where after a specific time RDM locks the user interface. I am using Google Authentificator to unlock my workspace.
After unlocking and while using multiple undocked tabs across other screens, the user interface of RDM is completely frozen until I close all undocked windows.
Additionally, on my undocked screens a black box is appearing (see attached photo).
Would you be so kind and take a look at this problem, or is there anything I have to change in the application to avoid such behavior?

Hello,
Do you use the File - Options - Security for the Application Lock or Administration - System Settings - Application?
Do you have the Google Auth. set on your Application or your Datasource?

I would like to ask you, are there any news about this topic? There were at least two updates for RDM however none of them solved this issue.
This blank windows across an undocked session on an external monitor is causing me to close those sessions every time after app lock. The main problem is, that after every reconnect of the session I have to restart my VPN connection (reconnect will cause my smart card to be "ejected" which will terminate the VPN on RDP).

According to the information I have gathered on that matter, this issue is now solved in the latest Beta of RDM Enterprise.
For this reason, would it be possible for you to try this Beta as a portable version and see if it works for you?
To do so, you will need to download the .zip file below, extract it's content in a newly created folder, enter your current serial and run the executable: https://remotedesktopmanager.com/home/thankyou/rdmbinbeta

my apologies for my late response, I have not had time to try out the beta up till now.
With the latest BETA version of 2020.2.11.0 64-bit everything seems to be OK. The bug is resolved, I can easily continue my work on my undocked tabs after interface lock.
