Website Auto Login
I have a web page that I cannot get RDM to log into nor even fill out the username and password field. However it works fine on an external Chrome browser. Seems every page I try this with never works.

Thank you for contacting us on that matter!
In order for RDM to be able to autofill your credentials on your web page in Embedded mode, I recommend that you use the method explained here:
https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/troubleshooting_webauthentication.html
This method should allow you to have your credentials filled in automatically on your web page. If it is not the case, could you please provide us the URL you are using in order for us to test this website internally?

According to our ticketing system, we have a total of 5 cases with you and all of them are now closed. Have you by any chances opened a ticket using a different email address?
If that is not the case, could you please open RDM and go under Help -> Submit a support ticket to open a new ticket with us? I will then be able to troubleshoot this issue with you through this ticket.
