Splashtop Addon Doesn't Alway Open in Embedded Tab

The option that manages if the entry is opened in embedded or in external is the "Display" section.
Could you please go in the properties of your entries and make sure that their "Display" is set to "Embedded"?

If that is the case, could you please provide me a screenshot of the whole window of your Splashtop entry? You can safely provide me this information via Private message.

Sure James, I can send a full picture. The attached image in the original post was a screenshot from one of these connections showing the display option. See below for a full picture. Strange, your entry seems to be configured properly. That being said, would it be possible for you to record this behavior and send an email to ticket@devolutions.net ?

In doing so, a ticket will automatically be created in our system on that matter. We will then be able to provide you a secure link to provide us this video.

Is there a resolution on this? I have several entries that will not configure as embedded?

Could you elaborate on your exact issue? Is it possible to send us a small recording or screenshots of the issue?

What version of RDM are you running?
