Refreshing connections and split pane RDM
If RDM is split into two panes, with multiple RDM sessions open each side, refreshing the connections individually or via the new 'reconnect all' button causes the sessions to jump between the two panes, seemingly randomly.
For instance:
left side:
Server1
Server2
Server3
right half:
Server4
Server5
Server6
Selecting 'reconnect' or 'reconnect all' causes the sessions to jump randomly:
left side:
Server4
Server6
Server2
right side:
Server5
Server3

Additionally, this also occurs when dragging a tab. If I drag a tab to the left or right, but within the same 'half' of RDM, it jumps to the other pane. I have a video as well, which I uploaded in case.
I just wanted to let you guys know this is still occurring in 2020.1.10.0. In case the fix was supposed to land in that version.
