Filtering on entry status in some reports

Hello,

It would be nice if the status of entries will be displayed in some reports (Password Usage and Password Analyzer) and if it's possible to filter based on the status of entries. For example, to filter/exclude entries which are disabled or expired.

Also it could be helpful if the ‘select in navigation pane’ option will be available in the Password Analyzer and Password Complexity reports.

Best regards,
Leonard

Hi,

Entries status are now displayed in both the Password Usage report and the Password Analyzer. Status filtering is also added in those two.

Plus, the possibility to locate your selected entry in the Navigation Pane is added to the Password Analyzer (right-click menu) and the Password Complexity report (button).

Hope it helps!

Best regards,

Hello,

Thanks for adding this feature !
It's very helpful to view active items in the reports and filter on them.

Best regards.

Hello,

Would it be possible to implement a couple of extra columns to the Password Usage report (for the username, date and since the password is created/changed) and a counter with the number of items in the search result of the report ?

Best regards.

Hello,

We'll open a ticket to add these columns and the item count in the report. We'll let you know once it's done.

Hello,

The entry counter and the username / last modified columns will be included in version 2020.2.10.0.

Thanks for adding the counter and these columns !

We noticed in our test database a couple of entries which don't show a last modified date in the column.
Found it can be related to entries that have only a creation date (items are unchanged, only created once).

Best regards.

Hello,

We can add a "Creation date" column. Would that work for you?

We tested with some entries and found there is a situation that an entry is changed but the password is not changed (for example a name change of the entry).
Is it possible to show the date of the password, instead of created/modified date of the entry? Such a column is also shown in the Password Analyzer report.

Thanks !

No problem, we'll open a ticket. It would indeed be more useful in this context.

Hello,

From version 2020.2.16.0, the "Last modified on" column will properly reflect the password modification state instead of the entire entry's.
