our customers enter the ticket Number in the open comment but when we view the Activity log Report the field "Ticket Number" does not show.
Is there a way to display the content of this field in the Activity log Report ?

No, we don't use DPS.

Indeed it doesn't seem available in Administration - Reports - Activity Logs, even if it's there when you export the Report. I will check if there is anything we can do about that.
