Good afternoon.
I decided to try the Zoho Password Vault to replace my keepass application: I set up the vault on the cloud, and I successfully used the Zoho Plugin on Chrome. Now I am trying to use Zoho as a Credential manager for RDM, but I always get a "Login Failed" when I try to set up the credential. I also tried to disable MFA on Zoho, but nothing changed.
Should I change something on Zoho settings and/or in RDM in order to make it work? I am currently testing the free version of Zoho, and during setup I I answered that Zoho was for personal use and not for Teams. Maybe this could be the problem?
RDM Version is 2019.2.22.0 64bit

Thank you for contacting us on that matter!

According to my tests, the fact of using a personal account of Zoho should still be supported in RDM. That being said, would it be possible for you to send me a screenshot of the properties of your Zoho account via private message?

Also, out of curiosity, is there a particular reason why you opted for a Zoho Password Vault instead of storing your passwords in RDM directly?
