Allow Admin To Change Checked Out Session

Hi,
Often some of our employees are running sessions for one whole day continiously.
If only one simultaneous session is allowed, we mark the session with the automated check out feature.
Sometimes, i have to edit the session while it is checked out (e.g. link to another folder) which is not possible.
And I have to wait up to a day and can only do the task if the session is hopefully not established...
Would it be possible to allow the admin account to edit checked out sessions and remain them as checked out?

Would you like this only for administrator or it could be a setting to allow Checkout entries as long as you have the edit permission?
