Hi,
we're using RDM version 14.1.0.0.
At the moment I'm trying to get the chrome extension working. Unfortunately, the extension doesn't show any credentials for me, no matter wether the website is registered in my RDM or not. When I'm trying to save a new entry over the chrome extension, an error message appears ("The entry can't be saved").
What could I possibly do wrong?

Thank you for contacting us on that matter!
That being said, this issue usually occurs when RDM is either unreachable or closed. Are you by any chance using a custom port to establish the connection between your RDM and your DWL extension? If so, you need to make sure that you are using the same custom port on both end.

for some reason, changing the default port has solved my issue. I saw an open socket on the default port that transmitted data, that's why I didn't try it on my own. Thanks for your help!
