In %localappdata%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager, you should fine a file name RemoteDesktopManagerLayout.lyt.
Copying this file should do the trick.

In fact, please move the entire RemoteDesktopManager folder located in %localappdata%\Devolutions on your other computer.
Doing this, everything should be there :)
