add url column

Hi,

it's possible to add URL in the dashboard column chooser and advanced search column? To be able to sort by URL and see also entries who have no URL.

Using RDM 2019.2.19 with MSSQL

The URL column in Dashboard and Advanced Search has been added.

All changes will be effective in the next update (2020.1.0.0)
