I am testing the ticket number option, and while it does request the ticket # upon opening a connection, and it does show the information in the logs while the session is open. As soon as the session is closed, the ticket # disappears from the log entries.
Is this a bug, or am I missing something?

I have been able to reproduce your issue with RDM 2019.2.22.0 and 2019.2.23.0.
A ticket has been opened to our engineering department.
The ticket number is RDMW-4308.
