TAB strip overflow, move the left arrow to the left of the line.

Hello

When using the TAB strip overflow I think it is more natural to have the scroll left button on the left side of the tab strip.
That way you also see more clearly that there is a TAB available to the left.

Hello,
Indeed this would be better. I will check if it's supported by the component that we use. They seems to mimic Visual Studio and this product does not have the scroll button.
