We have a lot of networks DMZ'd off. Is it possible to setup a server connection to go through several hops? When connecting to a Department's server we have to go through a MS gateway then to a Department's jump host then to the servers from our laptops. We have hundreds of Departments with their own jump hosts.

Laptop(Devo installed) > MS gateway > Department's JH(devo installed) > Department's servers

If not, can this be added to a future release?

So far we can only add the Departments' jump hosts to Devolutions installed on our Laptops then devolutions on all the Departments' jump hosts. Would be nice to have all the departments' servers on our local database to connect to.

Take a look at Jump : https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/index.html?kb_configureremotedesktopmanagerjump.htm

It is exactly what you want/need.

Configure all of your sessions locally, install RDM on your jump hosts (no need to configure), start your final destination session and sit back as RDM starts the RDP to the jump host and push the settings to start the RDP session to the destination machine. The nice thing here is all is reported by to the main RDM (the one on your laptop).

Thanks, I will try it. Was told that it will try to connect to the JH first and not the Gateway if configured. Is there a way to set the connection order?

Gateway first then Jump host

I will "open" the jump host so if you've configured it to use an RD Gateway that is what it will do. Same can be said about VPNs.
