Hi all,
we have a pretty specific usage of the Remote Powershell execution embedded in RDM:
We want to administer Exchange by using it. unfortunately, Exchange only allows the local machine to execute PS commands. The remote poweshell function is not executing the command locally on the server, but on the local client.
Does anyone of you use RDM to remotely execute Exchange PS commands?
Many thanks in advance!
Hello,
Which entry type are you using to run the PowerShell script?
Could you please try using the PowerShell (Remote) Macro/Script/Tool entry type?
Best regards,

Hi Erica,
thanks for the reply! Now I'm one step further:
The remote powershell session is connected to one of our Exchange servers and is using the appropriate credentials. Unfortunately it's trying to use Kerberos authentication which doesn't work over multiple hops (please see the attached picture).
What authentication method are you using for remote PS?
Many thanks in advance

Hello,
On the session you want to run the PowerShell Macro/Script/Tool, what credentials have been set in the Management Tools tab? It is possible to set it to use the remote computer local credentials.
