what are the long term plans with browser entries (chrome, edge, internet explorer)

So Internet Explorer is dead. Long live internet explorer.
Microsoft has been pushing Edge for a few years now. Recently Microsoft announced they would be moving the Edge codebase to Chromium.

I know that RDM uses a 3rd party .NET implementation of Chrome (you guys mention it every chance you get). This 3rd party .NET is often quite out of date, and gives Devolutions limited options in implementing advanced features for browser entries.

My question is, with IE deprecated, and Edge now sharing Chrome codebase, will we see even more limited options with browser entries?
What is Devolutions long term plan to address the slowness/clunkyness of browser entries.

Hello Hazen,

We've transferred and assigned a member of the engineering department to answer your question.

Hello,
Unfortunately we are dependent of Microsoft for that. We hope they release a new web browser with Edge (Chromium) support so we can do the integration. The workaround is too open your web session in external and use Devolutions Web Login, our web browser extension.
