Keeper Credential list issue

avatar

Hello,

we are using Keeper as Credential list and there are two things which are not working as we supposed.

We are using RDM 2019.2.19.0.

1) in case of shared folders in keeper, there is no same folder structure in RDM as it is in case of Keeper, all shared subfolders are in root in case of RDM.

2) In case of Keeper we are using for authentication "Use My Account Settings" option. When I choose view password, everything is ok. When I want to set Credentials under the RDP/SSH/... and set credential repository and want to "Select from List" the Keeper Credentials List is empty. When I use filled up Email and Master Password and want to "Select from List" I see all credentials

Thank you
Regards
Ales Husnik

Hello,

For the second issue we will take a look, I think I know what could be happening.

As for the shared folder structure, we will try to reproduce so we can see what's wrong. In our initial testing we had a similar structure and encountered no issue, so it might be something else that's affecting the way we build the structure.

Hello,

We've made a fix for the "my account settings" issue. This will be available in RDM 2019.2.20.0.

For the tree not showing properly, we are in communication with the Keeper team, since it seems to be caused by the SDK itself. I will update you when we have an update.

Hello,

The Keeper team made a fix for the SDK, and with the change I cannot reproduce anymore. This will also be available for RDM 2019.2.20.0.

If you still encounter further issues with the Keeper entry after these changes are made, please let us know.

Regards,

Hubert Mireault
