How can I disable Analytics/Telemetry of Remote Desktop Manager? I don't want to be analyzed, and it's against law in our country.
In Help https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/troubleshooting_appstartup.htm#prevent-internet-access it is advised to add <DisableAnalytics>true</DisableAnalytics> to RemoteDesktopManager.cfg file, but when I add this line, it always gets removed as soon as I close Remote Desktop Manager for the first time after change (doesn't matter if application is running).

To disable the telemetry, please enable the Disable analytics option in File - Options - Advanced.
For your information, to find a parameter in the Options dialog, you can use the Search box at the bottom of the Option dialog.
